Team Building Case Study
Challenge: Conducting and facilitating Team Building and Team Planning Workshops where businesses are establishing teams or need to reinvigorate or realign teams to achieve specific organisational goals. Empower and build teams to work as self-managed units or assist teams to develop specific strategic or operational action plans for the duration of a project.
Method: Our team building is designed, developed and facilitated through tailored workshops which were conducted in series, usually over several months. Identified individual and team strengths and areas for improvement. Worked with teams to identify key team functioning, stakeholder interaction, strategic and operational issues and developed comprehensive team action plans specific to the work site. Ongoing support of teams until they become self-sufficient in maintaining the process without assistance.
Outcomes: Team Building Programs have been highly successful in producing enduring and productive teams. Critical team issues identified and resolved. Teams and individuals willingly accountable for completing tasks. Provided strategic information to other teams and employees by improving communication. Improved productivity and empowered teams and individuals to self monitor their performance.
