Business Coaching Case Study
 

Challenge: Providing individual business coaching to middle, senior and executive managers and leaders for a broad range of clients in the categories of leadership coaching, coaching for developing capability and coaching for performance.

 

Method: Comprehensive briefings with referring managers and individuals to determine and agree on required outcomes and timeframes. Assessment, both ‘self’ and 360 degree and feedback to identify and confirm strengths and competency gaps. A series of individual coaching sessions over periods of up to 3 months and the development of business coaching action plans with targets and timeframes. Ongoing review, maintenance and support of individuals progress after the initial intensive coaching program.

 

Outcomes: Results of these numerous business coaching assignments have been well received by client organisations. They have reported increased productivity by individuals and improved working relationships. Individuals have reported that the coaching has been a significant experience in both their career and personal development. They have stated that it has assisted them in becoming more integrated as individuals and more effective in their roles.
